Charge Number Restrict Total Timecard Hours Per Day

A control has been added to Charge Numbers that will not allow users to charge over a maximum amount of hours in a day if a restricted charge number has been used in that particular day. The maximum hours per day can be set in Global Configuration. An example for this control follows: If your company has a policy when any Paid Time Off is entered for a particular day, regardless of the amount of hours, then that individual can only charge 8 hours total for the day that the Paid Time Off was taken. A customer could use the Restrict Total Timecard Hours Per Day control on any Paid Time Off Charge Numbers. If any of these Charge Numbers were used in a day, then the total hours for that day would reference the amount entered in Global Configuration. If the Global Configuration amount was set at 8 hours, then if a user entered 2 hours of Paid Time Off, they would only be able to enter 6 additional hours of charged time in that particular day.
