Charge Number Max Hours Per Day

A control has been added to Charge Numbers to set a maximum amount of hours that can be charged to a particular Charge Number in a day. If a customer has a project that will only allow 8 hours of work per day, then this control could be set for 8 hours on any Charge Number that applies to the specific project.
