Charge Number Prevent Timecard Submission

A control has been added to Charge Numbers that will not allow users to submit a Timecard if they made entries using a Charge Number with this control checked during a certain Timecard Approval. An example of the use of this control would be a Direct Suspense Charge Number. A Direct Suspense Charge Number can be utilized for users that do not have a specific Charge Number created yet or may have a questions on exactly where they should be charging their time for a particular entry. If they use the Direct Suspense Charge Number as a place holder, the user would have to change the entry appropriately before submitting. With this new control, users will not be able to submit their Timecard without making the proper changes to entries that used a Charge Number with the control.
