Project Controls At All Levels

All controls such as Prevent Charge Number Overrun and Require Timecard Comments can now be selected at the Project Level, Project Task Level, and Charge Number level. If you have a control at the Project level, the entire Project will respect the control regardless of what you do at the levels below. If you would like to utilize the control at lower levels, uncheck the control at the Project level and utilize the new control buttons at either the Project Task (any charge numbers under the Task will respect the Task controls), or the Charge Number level.
