You can use inline editing on the List Views to edit multiple cells and move from line to line without having to Save each time. When you are ready to Save, click Save in the ribbon bar to commit all changes. Save and Close will commit all changes and close the tab. Keep in mind, if there is a validation error, it will need to be corrected before any of the changes will be saved. A little warning on the left side will show which lines caused the validation. If you are doing a lot of changes at once, it is good to hit the Save button now and then to make sure you are able to clear the validations.
