Charge Number Creation Wizard

The charge number creation wizard will help users quickly create common charge numbers and assign them to multiple users. The charge numbers will still have the benefits of the one to one relationship, but the set up will be much faster. Cloning can still be used for single creation and the wizard can be used for multiple charge numbers at once.

 

 

 

Fill out the common name, period of performance, and any additional items you want to appear on all the charge numbers you create.

 

 

 

You can create new users here, but in most cases your users are already created so you would want to select the green link button to select the users you want to create the charge numbers for.

 

 

 

Multiple users can be linked at once by holding the Ctrl key and selecting individual users or Ctrl A will select your entire user list.

Once you click Finish, a charge number will be created for each user selected.
