Basic Support Guidelines
Our basic support package is free to all customers and includes the following.
Live Phone Support: 9 a.m. EST to 5 p.m. EST 1-888-MYFUZION
E-mail Support: firstname.lastname@example.org
Case Limit: Unlimited
Response Time: Usually instant, but within 8 business hours minimum
As a Fuzion customer you are entitled to one user who has support privileges with access to our entire support team. In addition, you will have a personal account manager whose responsibility is to make your experience with Fuzion a success.
Premium Support Packages
If you require more than one authorized support contact or if you would like our team to handle everyday support tasks like helping your users reset passwords and use the system, we can arrange a custom support package for you. Contact your Account Representative for more information.
After your initial setup and training, if you would like our team to provide customized training to your staff, we would be happy to arrange a training experience to meet your needs. The training can be as simple as a one-hour webinar or if it makes sense we can come to your site and work with different groups in your organization.
