PTO Auto Calculator

Users now have the ability to set accrual parameters for their Employees. The parameters are linked to an existing PTO charge number. When a Time Approval is Approved, it applies the amount of hours accrued to the charge number and the Remaining Hours will be the users available balance. If you are approving on a weekly basis, but do not want the hours to apply every week, but possibly every two weeks, please see the Periods That Do Not Accrue Sick and Vacation feature.

PTO will be tied into Quickbooks and the Sync very soon.
